I HAVE ONE AT LEVEL 18
I have one and I know where I got him. it was either, West Summer Road,Summer Feild, East summer feild or/and warmwood trail. You can only find this moga in winter as It was a task that had limited time on it 2 years back. So maybe some winters day they'll give us another chance and limited time to maybe find coldbear once more.
I like coldbear for his defense and his special attack poison.
