To speed things up, ask your friends for Bonus Attack whistles-- they're the most powerful attack around!
Needed to Complete Quest: Go to Shadowmire Edge and defeat the Owlreed.
Upon Quest Completion: Good Work! Nova might not have shown it, but I think she was pretty impressed.
