after the quest, I can not find it
I cannot find it after the quest so just be level 17+ and capture it if you want to try to get this Moga. Its too late for me.
there's a small chance to encounter that moga on The Rue Morgue, and Thornwood.
u can find it every hour such as 2:00 3:00 4:00 and so on

the map you mean is windhym southshire and yes there lots of them because i already captured 3 of them xD

I ran into Winja twice at Windhym Southshire, and caught one of them (making my third Winja catch, lol). Since Winja week is over, I think that might be a permanent location. Please add that.

To find winja at blackglow, you must bring level 14 or below moga..it is less likely to appear when morthan that level or 'impossible'... :)

You can find Winja in the 3 area's posted, it just has a REALLY LOW chance of showing up, like a 2% chance. Its level is based on the stage and the highest catch rate with a seed is 10% so stock up! Also, bring a HIGH lvl moga, these things not only hit fr a ton but with regrowth, they completely heal in a turn so you have been warned.

I found a Winja at Blackglow on my first try! Then caught it after 7 tries, Their usually easier to find at Blackglow than Thornwood and the Rue Morgue

i just found winja everywhere at all places
it is in blackglow. you will find nars,nomy and pwee there, then winja. i wasted 60 starseeds on it and still no winja! it is pretty easy to find.
in spiral cave (blackglow) winja is there. there is also woolf, nar, pwee and nomy. for some reason winja is very hard to catch. even harder than ledgendaries. i used 60 ss and still no winja! by the way, in my opinion, if you want to get shadowstrike, don't. winja has regrowth, shadowstrike has confuse.
I have 2 Winjas.I caught them at Blackglow.But it's too difficult to find him.When I click Blackglow,there appears Nar,Nomy or Pwee.I'm just running away from them.
And when i'm going to find Winja,i'm gonna take Weero with me.He can confuse Winja.I don't know if there is a Woolf.
I've captured a winja at Spiral Cave (Blackglow) at 17:01 pm. Had a 8% chance to capture it, but I just needed 3 starseeds.
Now you can capture it with manda. Taurus and capricorn is the strongest.

Winja is easy to find, search in spiral cave and then go to the last location, blackglow, search until you find :)
i have 3 shadowstrikes which i have captured 29 ss

i found winja 4x but i dont have ss,when i want capture, i used physical attack and crit he died T_T
Winja is also at Lazuli Grove and at Mussel Shoals above level 30
I once found Winja in the Great Bazaar and i caught it with 11 starseed
Guys you can find winja level 21 in the Super Bazzar alot of time if you want one.
I have two winjas, one i found at black glow after several battles, and one more I found WAY EARlY in the game at interestingly enough, Mega Hole. (i have had him since it was level 7, its now Lvl 20) THe one I found at Blackglow was level 19, and it took me forever to find a second one, as I cou
ld not find it again at Mega hole. (However, Now i have a mega hole trophy) I highly doubt you will be able to catch 4 of them before you run out of mogas to capture him with.
